Getting help

by Gary Gilles

Want to change your life?

Then now is the time. Every day you either make progress toward your desired life goals or you drift further away from them. Progress is empowering. But discouragement can easily take over when your best intentions fall short. That’s why you may need a different approach to the problem you are not able to solve.

The first question you must answer is:

How do I want my life to be different?

Do you want to:

  • Improve your marriage
  • Reconnect with your children
  • Overcome anxiety and/or depression
  • Break nagging habits
  • Strengthen family bonds
  • Take control of your health
  • Resolve conflict
  • Gain self-confidence
  • Lighten the burden of a life transition
  • Live consistently with your values and faith

Positive change starts with the courageous step of admitting you need help. If you would like to explore how you can take the next step toward realizing change call me at (847) 520-7523 (ext. 1) to schedule a counseling appointment. There’s no obligation and this first step could be the beginning of lasting change.

Remote counseling and consultations

I am also available for remote counseling and consultation appointments via phone and/or Skype video. If this is of interest to you, please contact me by phone or email for a free assessment of the issues you wish to discuss and to determine the best method to have these conversations.
